Just got off the phone with DynaDot. I knew they were probably busy, so I kept the conversation to a minimum.

&lt;strong&gt;Microguy:&lt;/strong&gt; Hello, I&#039;m just calling to ask a couple of questions. Basically, umm, what happened? and when will you be back online?

&lt;strong&gt;Dynadot:&lt;/strong&gt; Basically it&#039;s a hardware issue and we&#039;re hoping to have service restored later tonight.

&lt;strong&gt;Microguy:&lt;/strong&gt; Ok, well I&#039;m sure you&#039;re busy so I won&#039;t keep you any longer. Thank you.

&lt;strong&gt;Dynadot:&lt;/strong&gt; Ok, thank you.

The support guy seemed very subdued and tired, but had a confident tone.</description>
