Dell 2650 Server Love

MicroGuy | November 9, 2008

Here’s an original MicroGuy song for my buddy Jeff Overman called “An ode to my Dell”. Hey, even on Maxwell House, I’ve still got it dude. Take care, glad to hear things are going well. Note: Sorry for the low lighting but I must adhere to the MicroGuy security protocols at all times.

Spiders and Bots

MicroGuy | November 8, 2008

I just wanted to take a moment and apology to all the bots and spiders that were ignored in my previous letter to Google. There are people out there, right now, individuals and businesses in Greenwood, South Carolina that need websites, computer repair, and expert network engineering. If ever, a search result for Greenwood and Ninety Six computer service was relevant, this is it. Sure Google is the big cheese, but you guys are just as important. So thanks guys, and index me like there is no tomorrow!

Gene Chandler

MicroGuy |

After making my video for President Elect Obama, I found this cool video. This is Gene Chandler, the “real” Duke or Earl. He’s 68 years old and still going strong. Awesome!

Bungee Fun

MicroGuy |

Well I’m pumped about the Ninety Six Bungee Festival in my home town. There is a small village about 5 miles to the north where the locals still practice their ancient craft. Each year, a prize is awarded to the jumper who hits his head the hardest! Here’s a video from last year’s event.
