I’m currently seeking the position of CTO with a Web development company. My salary requirements are $225K per year. That’s less than my current hourly rate based on a 40-hour week. I must stipulate that my offer is good only if the Tuvaluans decline my offer to serve as Dot TV minister. The ideal staff would consist of at least 5 talented, motivated, young people that are team oriented. I have a strong conviction that all network servers and bandwidth be in-house and not colocated.
